Unlike the CardioCoach, heart rate devices are NOT paired with the PC through the Bluetooth settings. Each time the heart rate device is used for testing, it must be connected to the PC by using the options in the Korr software’s Testing page.
If you have any issues establishing or maintaining a Bluetooth connection with the heart rate device, try the following in any order:
- Ensure the strap and heart rate device are in good working condition and are worn properly.
- Ensure the heart rate device is NOT paired with the PC.
- Open Bluetooth settings.
- Look for the heart rate device in the Bluetooth device list.
- If the heart rate device appears, select it, and click “Remove Device.”

If none of the above steps work, or if you need a connection that doesn’t use Bluetooth, consider purchasing a heart rate pickup device. The pickup connects directly to your CardioCoach and attaches to the VO2 tube during testing.
