Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 20 large medjool dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup shredded coconut to decorate
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until a sticky dough forms.
