Supplies
The oxygen sensor in your device has a lifespan of 18 to 24 months, regardless of usage. Â Your device will need to be sent to our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah for sensor replacement and recalibration.

Payment
When you pay for your service at checkout, you will pay for RETURN shipping from the US only.
Complete Form
- Download Commercial Invoice from the link at the bottom of this page.
- Insert your Company’s letterhead at the top.
- Complete the highlighted fields.
- Print 3 copies.
- Sign and date the bottom of each copy.
Package Device
- Remove all hoses, adapters, and cables; Â all we need is the device (unless you are instructed otherwise).
- Place the device in a plastic bag to protect the intake ports from dirt and debris.
- When boxing the unit, protect it with 2-3 inches of packing material (ie: bubble wrap).
- Place the 3 signed copies of the Commercial Invoice in an international packing slip pouch on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship Device
Shipping your Device to KORR is your responsibility; you may use any courier of your choosing.
