KORR insures your equipment from loss.  Should a device be lost in shipping, KORR will replace it with one of similar manufacture date.

Customer may be liable for expenses should damage occur due to inadequate packaging to protect device during shipping.  A minimum of 2-3 inches of bubble wrap around the entire unit is required.
