No printer detected (Error 100)

  • The most common reason is an error with the printer itself.  Check the alerts on the printer to detect low ink, paper jam, etc.
  • Check the connector cables.  The printer port adapter should display 2 lights: one on the top to show power, the one on the bottom to indicate USB connectivity.  Contact KORR if adapter does not appear to be working.
  • If you have recently replaced your printer, you may have an incompatible printer.  Contact KORR for advice on purchasing an HP PCL 3 printer.
