How to send unit in for service

  1. Log onto www.KORR.com.  If you don’t have an account, simply use your email and a password to create one.  Multiple users within an organization can have their own accounts on the KORR site.
  2. Submit Service Request.  Navigate to the online service portal at www.korr.com/product-service. Follow the prompts that include the unit serial number and service request.
  3. Receive instructions from KORR.  If your device needs routine service, you will be directed to an order page and will be able to check out via the website shopping cart.  (Newer CardioCoach owners will be directed to purchase an O2 sensor cartridge replacement kit.)  Should the problem require troubleshooting, you will be contacted by KORR technical support.
  4. Prepare the device for shipping.  Once service has been ordered, a confirmation page and email will allow you to print out a UPS label. Disconnect all hoses, adapters, cables and power cords. Put the device in a plastic bag to protect the intake ports.   Box the unit with 2-3” of bubble wrap and send.
