- Download any recent software updates from https://korr.com/service/product-updates/
- Restore default settings.
- Restart computer and CardioCoach.
- Send Error Report.
If software issues continue, you will need to send an error report to KORR’s technical staff for troubleshooting. Simply navigate to Help, then Tools. From Tools, click the button “send error report.” Follow up with a call or email to customer support (customersupport@korr.com) for assistance.
To send an error report from the older models of CardioCoach, open the most recent test, click “file” and choose EXPORT. Save the .cc3 file, then attach it to an email sent to customersupport@korr.com. Multiple test samples will expedite the process.
How long does service take
Standard O2 service has a very quick turn-around. KORR will service and calibrate your unit within 3 days of receipt.
Diagnostic service for mechanical problems may take several days depending on the repair required.
