Calories per serving 216 | Protein 5 g | Yields 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup dry rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 to 5 pitted dates, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Place the rolled oats in a high powered blender and pulse once or twice to grind the oats to a coarse powder. 
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients in the order listed and pulse until smooth. 
  3. Add more milk to thin, if desired.
